Colloquium: Seet on stem cell-derived immunotherapy

Dr. Seet (UCLA website)

This week’s seminar in the Biology Colloquium series features Christopher Seet, Assistant Professor-in-Residence of Medicine at the UCLA Geffen School of Medicine. Dr. Seet studies cancer immunotherapy, methods for directing a patient’s immune system to attack cancer cells, particularly using T-cells. His talk will be entitled, “Engineered immunity from pluripotent stem cells.”

Because CSUN has suspended large in-person meetings to help slow the transmission of the novel coronavirus, this week’s Colloquium will be presented by videoconference on the Zoom service. You can watch the presentation on Friday at 2pm via this meeting link, with passcode 8596. (Following the link may prompt the installation of the Zoom app in order to display video.)
