This week the Spring 2023 Biology Colloquium hosts Carlos Lopez of Altos Labs. Dr. Lopez studies cellular-level molecular processes and their regulation, integrating very large datasets to model how cells respond to their environments. His seminar, presented with the support of CSUN’s Distinguished Visiting Speaker Series, will be titled, “Multi-omics data integration to explore cell execution mechanisms”.

Colloquium series seminars are held Fridays at 2pm in Chaparral Hall room 5125. Dr. Lopez will also be available to meet with students during a “Meet the Speaker” mixer after the seminar in Chaparral Hall room 5201, where light refreshments will be served.
