The Los Angeles/Santa Monica Mountains chapter of the California Native Plant Society is seeking applicants for two scholarships toward the cost of attending the 2022 CNPS Conservation Conference in San Jose next October. The awards of $1500 will support students presenting research projects on the biology, ecology, or conservation of Southern California native plants. Applications are due March 31, and require a short abstract describing the project and a statement of purpose for attending the conference — details are available on the LA/SMM CNPS website here [PDF].
