The Fall 2023 Biology Colloquium Series continues this Friday with a seminar by CSUN Associate Professor of Biology Gilberto Flores. Dr. Flores studies the dynamics of microbial communities in the human gut, including the factors that determine what species set up shop in the gut, and how they impact the health of their hosts. His seminar will be titled, “Ecology of the human gut microbiome”.
Colloquium series seminars are held Fridays at 2pm in Chaparral Hall room 5122.
