Colloquium: Savage on the genetics of herpetological disease resistance and susceptibility

The Fall 2023 Biology Colloquium Series continues this Friday with a seminar by Anna Savage, Associate Professor of Biology at the University of Central Florida. Dr. Savage studies the ecology and evolution of reptiles and amphibians, and the pathogens that infect them. Her seminar, given with support from the BEER Club, will be titled, “Immunogenetics of disease susceptibility in amphibians and reptiles”.

Colloquium series seminars are held Fridays at 2pm in Chaparral Hall room 5122. Dr. Savage will be available after the seminar to meet with students during a “Meet the Speaker” reception, with light refreshments, in Chaparral Hall 5201.
