The CSUN Microbiology Students Association will host “Beer Making 101” with Professor and departmental brewmaster Michael Summers, who will explain the role of microorganisms in the fermentation process that converts grain and hops to a mug of ale. All are invited to the event this Friday, February 15, in Eucalyptus Hall room 2202 starting at at 4pm. No experience is necessary, and beer friendly foods are provided along with samples of the brewmaster’s craft.
